Terms of Use
How you may use the studio and the cards you make, and what it does not promise.
Last updated: 25 October 2026
What this is
MSRX Diwali Cards is a free, browser-based studio for making a personal Diwali greeting card. There is no account, no fee and no subscription. Using it means accepting these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.
Who you are agreeing with
The studio is run by Mrinal Singh Raja, an individual, publishing under the name “MSRX”. MSRX is a brand name, not a registered company. In these terms “we” and “MSRX” mean Mrinal Singh Raja, and “you” means the person using the studio. Written notice reaches us at mrinalsinghraja@gmail.com.
Using the cards you make
You may download, print and send the cards you make, as many as you like, to family, friends, colleagues and clients, including from your business as a festive greeting.
You may not:
- sell the cards or the artwork, or offer them as templates, stock images, printed products or print-on-demand;
- extract the artwork to reuse it outside a greeting card made here, such as in advertising, logos or packaging;
- use a card to deceive, harass or offend someone, or to pretend to be another person or organisation;
- add a photo, name or text you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful;
- try to overload, break or copy the service in bulk by automated means.
What stays yours
The names, wish and photo you add are yours. We never receive them, so we claim no rights in them. You are responsible for what you put on a card and for having permission to use any photo of another person.
The artwork, card layouts, built-in wishes, translations and the studio’s code belong to MSRX, apart from the third-party fonts and software listed in the credits, which keep their own licences.
About the artwork and wording
- The card artwork was created for MSRX with AI image tools. Some designs show Hindu deities and festive traditions; they are offered with respect, and any resemblance to a real person, place or existing artwork is unintended. If something looks wrong or disrespectful to you, please tell us and we will look at it.
- The wishes in Indian languages were written with the help of AI translation and not every one has been reviewed by a native speaker. Read the wish before you send it, especially in a language you do not read, and tell us about any mistake you find.
- MSRX Diwali Cards is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, WhatsApp, Meta, Canva or any religious or community organisation.
Availability
The studio is provided as it is. It may change, be unavailable for a while, or stop altogether, without notice. Download any card you want to keep, because the studio does not save it.
No warranty, and zero liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the studio is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of translations and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including a card that prints badly, a mistranslated wish, a message delivered by another app, or lost data.
We accept zero liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, MSRX and Mrinal Singh Raja are not liable to you or to anyone else for any loss, damage, cost, claim or consequence of any kind arising from the use of, or inability to use, the studio or any card made with it, whether direct or indirect and whether in contract, negligence or otherwise. You use it entirely at your own risk. The only exceptions are those the law does not allow to be excluded, such as fraud.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you use the studio as a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove rights your local law gives you that cannot be removed by agreement. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
